UNEXPIRED TERM FULFILMENT
Where a vacancy occurs in the year in which the term of office expires, the School Board may resolve not to fill the vacancy. [PSA 26(2)]
A trustee elected or appointed to fill a vacancy shall hold office only for the unexpired term of the person in whose place he/she has been elected or appointed. [PSA 26(7)] PSA 26(1)] |
