THE ACCESSIBILITY FOR MANITOBANS ACT (C.C.S.M. c. A1.7)
5(1) When recruiting employees, an employer must inform
(a) potential applicants of the availability of reasonable accommodations for those who may be disabled by a barrier in respect of the assessment or selection process; and
(b) applicants that, on request, reasonable accommodations may be available for those who may be disabled by a barrier in respect of the materials or activities used in the assessment or selection process.

The Portage la Prairie School Division is committed to providing excellent educational programs to help students learn and mature.
The Division believes strongly in the concept of community and promotes the provision of appropriate programs to meet the varied needs of students in regular classrooms from neighbourhood schools.
The Division is approximately 1,500 square kilometers in size and has about 3,500 students in Kindergarten to Grade 12. The Division also provides teachers and programs to schools on 10 area Hutterite colonies.
