PUBLIC MEETING

The Board of Trustees of the Portage la Prairie School Division cordially invite members of the public, PLPSD Parent Advisory Councils, and other interested individuals to attend a meeting regarding the 2020/2021 Portage la Prairie School Division budget. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the ÉCOLE CRESCENTVIEW SCHOOL (Gymnasium), 751 Crescent Rd E, Portage la Prairie.

The Public Meeting will begin with a concert featuring performances from students and choirs from schools throughout the PLPSD. This evening will also feature an open house for the public to see the newly built accessible classrooms and library upgrades.  There will be a brief presentation of the draft budget along with a PowerPoint presentation highlighting recent divisional investments made to programming, equipment and facilities.

Responses to the proposed budget will be received by the Board at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Individuals wishing to make presentations must contact the School Division Office at 204-857-8756, or via email at sduncan@plpsd.mb.ca, no later than 12 noon on February 25, 2019, to register.
