PUBLIC MEETING regarding the 2017-18 School Division Budget

PUBLIC MEETING

The Board of Trustees of the Portage la Prairie School Division cordially invite members of the public, Parent Advisory Councils, and other interested individuals to attend a meeting regarding the 2017/2018 school division budget. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 @ 7:00 p.m. at Portage Collegiate Institute East (Prince Charles Building – Multipurpose Room), 65 3rd Street, S.W., Portage la Prairie. Wheelchair access can be arranged upon request.

Responses to the proposed budget will be received by the Board at their regular meeting on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Individuals wishing to make presentations must contact the School Division Office at 204-857-8756, or via email at sduncan@plpsd.mb.ca, no later than 12 noon on February 23, 2017, to register.
