The Board of Trustees of the Portage la Prairie School Division cordially invite members of the public, Parent Advisory Councils, and other interested individuals to attend a meeting regarding the 2018/2019 school division budget. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 @ 7:00 p.m. at Portage Collegiate Institute (West Building – Gymnasium Room), 65 3rd Street, S.W., Portage la Prairie.
The Public Meeting will include the opportunity to view student work from across the PLPSD, see recently purchased IT and transportation equipment on display and engage with students, divisional employees, teachers and administrators about unique educational programming in the division.
Responses to the proposed budget will be received by the Board at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Individuals wishing to make presentations must contact the School Division Office at 204-857-8756, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 12 noon on February 27, 2018, to register.
