Sandy Knight, Beth Connery, Pam Kaspick, and Bev Stanger.

Meeting
was called to order by Kinelm Brookes at 7:06 pm.
The
meeting Agenda was presented and there were no additions.
Minutes
were of the Annual General Meeting of October16, 2006 were read and adopted as
presented by Beth Connery and second by Joyce Giesbrecht. All were in
favor. Carried
Treasurer’s Report;
The balance is $311.87.
No
report from Program Committee.
No
report from the Volunteer Committee.
No
report from the Safety Coordinator.
Teacher Liaison;
The yearbook has now been distributed. Positive comments have been received by
students. It is available for pick up in Mrs. Anderson’s office for non
returning students from last year.
Administration Report;
Enrollment is 1,091 students, down 29 students from last year.
Monica
Munro has now been hired to replace Meagan Martin, who resigned in September,
and started October 1, 2007.
There
was no unfinished business.
Elections;
All
positions were filled by acclamation.

Secretary – Bev Stanger
Treasurer – Tracey Taylor
Program
Coordinators – Deb Neufeld and Tracey Asham

Knight motioned that those nominated will hold their positions as posted. Joyce
Giesbrecht second. All in favor. Carried.

Business;
MAPC
membership is up for renewal, the cost is $50.00.
Tricia
MacDonald motioned that the Parent Council renew the membership with MAPC. Sandy
Knight seconded the motion. All were in favor. Carried.
