Grade 12 students planning on attending a post-secondary
school in Sept/12 should be applying now. Colleges accept students on a first
come basis, so apply now.
The University of Manitoba deadline is Feb.24th,
Brandon University and University of Winnipeg have March 1st as a
deadline. The advantage of applying now: early notification of acceptance,
opportunity to register early and automatic consideration for an Entrance
Scholarship.
Students should know what the entrance requirements are for
the school/program that they are hoping to attend. Entrance scholarship
requirements are different that entrance requirements. Please check on these.
If your son or daughter is planning on living in residence,
they should be applying now, here are options available for the three Manitoba
Universities:
