On November 5, 2025, the Portage la Prairie School Division will participate in Take Your Kids to Work Day, an exciting opportunity for Grade 9 students to explore potential careers by spending the day shadowing a parent, guardian, or family friend in the workplace. This nationwide event helps students connect education to the real world, offering insight into various careers and the skills needed to succeed.
Grade 9 Career Development classes will be distributing permission forms to students.
